Welcome to On The Move, Southend-on-Sea City Council's Choice Based Lettings scheme.
On The Move allows those on the Homeseekers' Register to bid for properties that they would like to live in, by advertising available social housing in the Borough.
You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto our Homeseekers' Register.
